$590 one-time · credited in full if you upgrade to a diagnostic or sprint within 30 days
15 buyer-intent prompts × the AI engines we sample (today: OpenAI models with web search) × 7 runs, on one day — labeled a snapshot: it shows structure, not change. You vs up to three named competitors on the same answers, a list of what the AI gets wrong about you checked against facts you provide, an AI-crawler access check, and five fixes for your own pages. Delivered in five business days.
$2,500 one-time (founding rate $1,500 for the first five brands)
20–30 buyer-intent prompts × the AI engines we sample (today: OpenAI models with web search) × 7 runs a day for 14 days. You vs each competitor on the same answers (with intervals), the questions where you never appear, the citation ledger for your category, an earned-placement target list, a technical access check and a 90-day plan. Delivered in about three weeks. Refund terms: before kickoff you list the target sites you already know; if the report surfaces fewer than five cited sites (≥3 citations each) that are not on your list — or if we don't complete the sampling protocol — you get a full refund. The fee is credited to your first retainer month if you continue within 30 days.
$2,000 · paid upfront · available after a snapshot or diagnostic
We draft up to eight changes to pages you control: a fact page, factual spec or comparison pages (no self-ranking), an FAQ built from your support tickets, marketplace listing attributes, and one consistent brand description across the web. You publish them within 14 days. For the next 30 days we track, URL by URL, whether AI engines retrieve and cite each page and whether answers start naming you, re-check what they get wrong, and close with a report.
$600 / month · 3-month minimum, then month-to-month · available after a paid snapshot or diagnostic
Up to 3 hours of implementation a month (we draft, you publish), a monthly re-test of up to 10 prompts with a “real change or noise” verdict, and tracking of every URL you have published. Does not include outreach to third-party sites. Also available for categories where AI answers are already settled; there the focus is accuracy and defense.
from $3,000 / month · 90-day initial term, then month-to-month with 30-day notice
Continuous measurement on the same protocol. Month one: sprint-style fixes to your own pages, a baseline, and URL-by-URL tracking. From then on: at least 30 editorial and community outreach touches a month, counted only toward the 10–20 sites the AI repeatedly cites in your category (an effort commitment — nobody can honestly guarantee citations); a quarterly category study in your name; and a monthly evidence report that separates real change from noise and from platform-wide shifts. A diagnostic fee is credited to the first month if you sign within 30 days of it. Offered only for categories where AI answers are not yet settled.
+$500–1,000 / month
Bilingual (English / Chinese) delivery and marketplace AI listing work (Rufus / Alexa for Shopping) alongside the open-web program. We do not measure marketplace assistants, so this is delivered as work, not reported as a measured result.
$450 / month per end client (Evidence) · $750 (Evidence + Ops)
Evidence: measurement with intervals, a monthly verdict (real change, noise or platform-wide shift), the citation-source ledger, a target and action list, an answer-level data export and a methods page — under your brand. Evidence + Ops adds up to 3 hours a month of drafting for your clients’ own pages; your team publishes. You keep the client relationship.
